WARRANTY

CORTI SENESI S.R.L.'s website www.corti-senesi.com offers new, high-quality products made in Italy.

Products purchased through CORTI SENESI S.R.L. are subject to the provisions, where applicable, of Legislative Decree No. 24 of February 2, 2002 (Official Gazette No. 57, March 8, 2002) on sales contracts and warranties for consumer goods and, for anything not covered therein, the specific provisions of the Italian Civil Code. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover any damage caused by negligence.

PURCHASE CONDITIONS

GENERAL

The sale of products on the CORTI SENESI S.R.L. website is governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale and all other conditions published on the CORTI SENESI S.R.L. website. These conditions are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale described herein and are referred to herein as INTEGRAL PARTS.
www.corti-senesi.com is a trading name of CORTI SENESI S.R.L., with registered office at Piazza Giuseppe Mazzini, 27, 00195 Rome, Italy, VAT and Tax Code 17183381007, and registered in the Rome Companies Register under No. 1701453. CORTI SENESI S.R.L., as a seller, offers for sale on the website www.corti-senesi.com the products listed on the website that can be purchased by users or visitors. A user or visitor who completes a purchase procedure is referred to as a customer.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE

When a customer purchases from the website www.corti-senesi.com, they enter into a purchase agreement with the seller. To conclude the agreement, or purchase products from the website, they must follow a procedure that involves sending the seller an electronic purchase order form, duly completed by the user through specific procedures. These procedures involve adding products to an electronic shopping cart, entering personal data on a specific form, accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and their INTEGRAL PARTS, accepting the privacy policy, and paying for the purchased products.

In the personal data collection form, the customer is required to enter their name and surname, home address and delivery address, telephone numbers, email address, and the shipping method chosen from those available. Before submitting the order, the purchase process displays a summary page with the personal data entered, the products ordered, a description, and their respective prices, any applicable fees, and the total amount to be paid. The customer can modify the data entered before submitting. The customer is required to carefully review the data before submitting.

The website www.corti-senesi.com is published in Italian and any other languages. In the event of any dispute regarding the correct interpretation of the purchasing procedures and the regulations governing them, in the event of a discrepancy between the Italian and other available languages, the Italian version shall prevail.By electronically submitting the order form, the CUSTOMER UNCONDITIONALLY ACCEPTS THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND ALL THEIR INTEGRAL PARTS. If the customer disagrees with even one of the terms set forth in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and their INTEGRAL PARTS, he or she is requested not to submit the order form. Once the order form has been received from the customer, the seller will process the purchase order.
The seller reserves the right not to process orders submitted by customers in the event of sudden or temporary unavailability of the ordered products, other impediments that prevent sales, or other causes of force majeure. If the product is not available in stock, CORTI SENESI S.R.L. will provide a refund, including delivery costs. In these cases, the seller will refund the price paid by the customer according to the terms set forth in the "PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS" section.

PAYMENT SECURITY

On the website www.corti-senesi.com, payments are accepted via Shopify Payments, the payment gateway offered by Shopify. For details on payment methods, please refer to the PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS section, which is AN INTEGRAL PART of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of delivery of the product(s). The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items. The substantial integrity of the product(s) to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Article 67 of the Consumer Code.To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must follow the following procedure: Send written notification to CORTI SENESI S.R.L., with registered office at Piazza Giuseppe Mazzini, 27- 00195 Rome, Italy, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, indicating the order number and the intention to withdraw from the sales contract. In any case, the notification may also be sent, within the same timeframe, by email to cortisenesi@gmail.com. Within 48 (forty-eight) hours—excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays—of receiving the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal, CORTI SENESI S.R.L. will provide instructions for returning the products; Specifically, the Company will send, via email, a label containing all the information necessary to ensure proper shipment (the User's details, delivery address, courier identification details, and the courier's telephone number to arrange product collection from the User, etc.).
Shipping costs for returning products are the User's responsibility and will be communicated via the aforementioned email.
Ship the product within 2 (two) business days of receiving the return instructions (i.e., the email with the label); CORTI SENESI S.R.L. will refund the sums paid by the consumer within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the notification of the User's intention to withdraw from the Contract, unless the goods were returned to the carrier by the User incomplete or damaged. In this case, CORTI SENESI S.R.L will immediately inform the Consumer of the defects found in the products and of the impossibility of accepting the return.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR ERROR-MAKING SHIPMENTS

Upon delivery, the User is required to inspect the packaging for damage. If the product is damaged or does not conform to the order, they must not accept the shipment, clearly noting the nature of the damage and/or error on the delivery note. The User is required to notify CORTI SENESI S.R.L. of the problem within 24 hours of delivery by sending an email to cortisenesi@gmail.com.

SHIPMENTS

The seller ships the goods to the delivery location indicated by the customer on the order form, using leading international shipping companies that guarantee timely and reliable deliveries with the option to track the shipment. Shipping costs will be added to the total amount of the ordered goods, with the exception of free shipping for minimum orders. GOODS TRAVEL AT THE PURCHASER'S RISK, unless insured shipping is requested at the time of ordering for an additional fee.

If even one of the ordered products is no longer available, the seller will notify the customer. The customer has the option to cancel the entire order or accept only the products still available. For details on shipping and costs, please refer to the SHIPPING section, which is AN INTEGRAL PART of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

PRIVACY

CORTI SENESI S.R.L collects, processes, and stores the personal data of users or customers in compliance with Italian Law 196/2003 on privacy. To this end, the customer is encouraged and required to carefully read and print the information on the processing of personal data contained in the PRIVACY section, which is also referred to for further information.

LEGAL REFERENCES

These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law, with particular reference to Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, on the Consumer Code for aspects relating to distance contracts, and Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003, for aspects relating to e-commerce.

JURISDICTION

In the event of disputes between the seller and the customer, the competent court is the Court of Rome.

UPDATES

These General Conditions of Sale may be subject to change, including in light of any regulatory changes in the Italian State. Customers are therefore invited to periodically review this page to check for any changes. In the event of any changes or updates, the new General Conditions of Sale will be effective upon publication on the website www.corti-senesi.com.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you have an issue that hasn't been resolved by our technical support, you can return the product to us.
The first step is to send a return form to cortisenesi@gmail.com.
This form must be completed in its entirety, and we will respond by email within 3 business days with return instructions.
Products must be returned in their original packaging. We do not refund products damaged due to insufficient packaging. Please use a protective outer box to prevent damage during shipping. Returns must first be approved by Corti Senesi.

The return form must include the following information:
- First Name;
- Last Name;
- Email Address;- Phone number;
- Order ID, found in the order confirmation email;
- Product information: Product name on www.corti-senesi.com, Size, Quantity, Purchase price;
- Reason for return: 1) Damaged product 2) Product purchased in error 3) Wrong product received 4) Other (specify the reason in detail);
- For damaged products, attach images of the damage/defect;
- Notes.

REFUNDS

If the return is accepted and the customer returns the products due to defects or non-compliance with the order, or if CORTI SENESI S.R.L. is unable to fulfill the order, CORTI SENESI S.R.L. will process the refund as quickly as possible and using the same payment method used to complete the purchase.

PAYMENTS

On the website www.corti-senesi.com, you can purchase products using the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, and gift cards, as well as American Express, are accepted. All payments made using this method are processed through Shopify's payment gateway, Shopify Payments.
- PayPal: Payment will be made via direct debit to your credit card or withdrawal from your PayPal balance. By selecting the PayPal payment option, you will be redirected to a PayPal-provided checkout form where you can enter your PayPal account or card details and shipping information. The security of credit or prepaid card payments is guaranteed by PayPal's secure server.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay: These payment methods, as well as credit or debit cards, are processed through Shopify Payments.

- Shopify Shop Pay: Users with a Shopify account, which can also be created on the website www.corti-senesi.com, can purchase directly using the Shopify Shop Pay payment method, which speeds up the purchase process, once they have entered a payment method for their first purchase.

The Shopify Payments service is operated by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.
When using credit/debit cards or other payment cards, the user may be required to complete the purchase process by satisfying the authentication criteria required by the payment institution with which the card used for payment is active. Failure to complete this process may result in the inability to complete the purchase on the website www.corti-senesi.com.

Payment by bank transfer is not possible on the Site.
Cash on delivery (COD) is not available on the Site, unless otherwise agreed with the Seller.
